Rugs have great affections to individuals and collectors considering it is an art on the floor. Persian rugs are part of 2500 years ago history and begins a new personal history of yours the day own it. We understand, rugs need T.L.C sometimes to offset the effects of normal wear and tear over time. The goal of rug repair is to prevent further damage or deterioration of the rug and to preserve its beauty and value for several years to come.

Rug Cleaning

We recommend your leave hand-knotted rug cleaning to the professionals due to their value and often delicate nature. Rugs should be professionally washed at least once every 5-10 years to ensure a longer life.

We can arrange cleaning of your hand knotted masterpiece. We use premium wool safe cleaning agents  and focus solely on handmade rugs.

We understand, your beloved rugs is important to you and it require special attention during cleaning to preserve its colours and quality. For that, we do not subscribe to the idea that 'one solution fits all' and will give your rug our complete attention and care.

We currently clean all rugs by hand and do not prefer to use cleaning machines. Before cleaning begins we will hold a consultation with you to decide how intensive the cleaning process should be - certain rugs (generally older pieces) are best given a gentler wash to maintain their integrity, minor repairs may also be suggested. Please note that we do not recommend that you attempt to clean silk rugs by yourself.

It is also important that a rug is thoroughly cleaned regularly throughout its life as fine dust can settle in the foundations causing them to become hard and brittle.

Please Note: We may refuse to clean artificial silk or viscose/rayon rugs. These materials often bleed dyes in washing and the pile can break or become frayed. We would recommend not to buy these knowingly and send our sympathies to those who have been duped.

Selection Advice

We are happy to assist you in selecting rug that may match with your interior design and other art works. However, final decision will be solely yours before making a purchase.

Viewing By Video Call

Please call us to arrange time for viewing a rug via video call. We prefer viewing by video call to be scheduled during weekends.

Sell Loved Ones

Contact us if you are planning to sell your old rug. Please note, you may have to bring the rug to us to get an estimate.
